I was fascinated by the story of the Titanic. I learned a theme, luck is an important part of your life, just like Thomas Andrews, he shouldn’t have gone on the Titanic, he only got on because the manager was sick, the manager was so lucky to be sick, Thomas Andrews worked as an substitute. Also, there was a lot of bravery in the Titanic story, just like many couples, they were not willing to separate because of the women and children first rule, they live together and die together, there were many women that sacrificed their own life to stay with their husband. Also, there was a survivor who disobeyed the lifeboat captain’s order to stay, she said the Titanic was going to sink, so she rowed and rowed, the lifeboat was fortunate to have her on board. I loved this field trip so much and learned lots of things, I look forward to another field trip like this.
